I was burnt out from chronic stress and anxiety. My symptoms include maintenance insomnia which has resulted in ongoing fatigue and restless leg syndrome. I have also been experiencing anxiety attacks with mild chest pains and night terrors. The constant muscle tension and additional muscle twitches throughout my body continue to keep me on edge and are now triggering crying episodes. I find it hard to concentrate, engage with my clients and colleagues, and even sit in front of my desk due to lower back pain.
